Moving and Packing and Crying a Little

Against all odds, we sold our house here in Iowa City. Maybe we are on a roll so have finally decided to try to sell the Clarinda house as well, all involving massive amounts of selling, giving away and throwing away things, and cleaning and cleaning and cleaning. I don't know where we are going to be living as of yet, so that is just a bit of added stress. Still, there is a shop to be run and I am off to list these boxes before I get to "relax" and do the taxes. Calgon take me away please...

Spring is Here and Of Course I Have a Cold

The horrible weather has broken at last and I've been too darn sick to enjoy it. My whole family has the Great Cold of 2015, which I think has swept across the country from what I am seeing on facebook. It just is lasting forever, 8 days into it and I only feel slightly better, too much coughing! I'm forcing myself back to work, lots to paint, lots to list. This cute rocker is one I thought I'd never sell, but being forced to admit I don't have room for it--off to ebay!

These are the rest of the boxes for now. I think I'll do some big feedsack boxes and maybe another of the farm scene.
